Delivery Service

1. What is the delivery fee?

We are pleased to offer delivery services to various regions, with corresponding delivery fees as follows:

Hong Kong Island: $200
Kowloon District: $150
New Territories East (including Kwai Ching, Sai Kung, Sha Tin, Tai Po, and Chun Wai District): $170
New Territories West (including Northen, Tuen Mun, and Yuen Long District): $200
Outlying Islands (Islands District): $250

We are delighted to inform you that upon making a purchase exceeding $1200, you will be eligible for complimentary delivery.

2. What delivery timeslots are available?

If you want the dessert arrive at a designated time, we $20 handling fee. To accommodate your preferences, we offer four distinct delivery timeslots:

9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Should you require the dessert to arrive precisely at your designated time, we kindly request a nominal handling fee of $20.

3. Do you provide door-to-door delivery?

We are committed to providing a seamless delivery experience by offering door-to-door service. However, please note that this service is contingent upon the availability of suitable parking facilities, including pay parking and loading zones. In instances where parking is unavailable, we regretfully inform you that curbside pickup will be the alternative arrangement. Our dedicated logistics team will proactively communicate with you in advance should this situation arise.

1. Where is your location?

Our Baking Studio is located at Room 607, Kwun Tong Shing Yip Industrial Building, 19-21 Shing Yip Street, Kowloon. We kindly suggest accessing our premises through the MTR Kwun Tong Station, taking Exit B for your pickup.

2. When can I collect my order?

We have tailored our opening hours to suit your esteemed convenience. Please note our operating hours:

Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday and Public Holidays: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

3. How can I collect my order?

To ensure a smooth and efficient pickup experience, we kindly request that you present your order confirmation email upon arrival. Our dedicated staff will be delighted to assist you in retrieving your order promptly.

4. Is there anything I should bear in mind during pickup?

On your scheduled pickup day, we kindly suggest bringing your own thermal bag or considering the purchase of one from our esteemed establishment.

During transportation, we advise you to keep the cake box flat and secure at all times, taking utmost care to shield it from direct sunlight. Regrettably, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage incurred during your personal transportation, as we place utmost trust in your gentle hands.
