Yes, changes to the ordered products are possible. Kindly notify us at least 2 days in advance if you need to make any modifications. Please note that exchanges will only be considered if you have contacted us via WhatsApp at +852 95388021 and obtained mutual agreement.
4. What should I do if the cake is damaged while delivering?
We kindly request that you carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately. This will enable us to evaluate the issue and take appropriate corrective measures. If you wish to request a refund or compensation, please provide photographic evidence of the condition of the products. Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds or compensation for products where the damage was not captured in the provided photographs.
